EXTRA SERVICES:
Final cleaning: 50.00 euro mandatory.
Heating and air conditioning on consumption.
Use of the sofa bed 50.00 euro per week included linen (Orchidea).
Cot with bars 30.00 euro per week included linen.
Linen exchange 35,00 euro.
Pets euro 15,00 per stay (only Orchidea and Giglio)

PAYMENT
30% upon booking per bank transfer.
70% upon arrival by cash, check or bank transfer in advance.

CANCELLATION
30 days before of arrival refund of the deposit , late cancellations will be assessed case by case.

NB: In the months of July and August reservations will be allowed only from Saturday to Saturday.
